Exhibit at the 2022 Fall Experience!

The CSW Fall Experience, formerly known as the Health and Wellness Summit or simply Fall Summit, is the prime opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to dynamic and motivated chiropractors from around the state. This event has a palpable energy that can even be felt long after it is over.

We hope you will join us October 7-9 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

What Is Included In Your Booth:
  • An 8x10 exhibit booth with pipe and drape.
  • One 6' or 8’ table.
  • Two Chairs.
  • Registration for two representatives.
  • Lunches: Tickets for the lunch on Friday and Saturday with the doctors are included in the registration fee; however, no-shows will be charged $25 per meal. If you want the lunch, you MUST order it in advance using the registration form and provide the names of those attending. Exhibitors registered for lunch(es) will receive a personalized ticket listing their name. No exhibitor lunches can be added onsite due to restrictions by the hotel on meal counts.

The exhibit hall does have carpeting.


This year's fall seminar will be held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells, WI. Room block rates coming soon. 

Set-Up/Tear Down Information:

Set-up: Thursday, October 6, 2022 4:00pm - 7:00pm
             Friday, October 7, 2022 6:00am - 7:00am (must be ready by 7:00am)

Tear down: Saturday, October 8, 2022 5:00pm

The CSW assumes no responsibility for packages left in your booth without prior arrangements.

Prize Drawing in Exhibit Hall:

The CSW will again be conducting drawings for door prizes in the Exhibit Hall. Winners will be announced in the Exhibit Hall during each break. If your company wishes to participate in the drawings and provide a door prize, please be sure to inform CSW staff early so we can announce the prize and winner before the end of the seminar. We will encourage the attendees to visit every booth to enter the drawings, thus improving traffic among the exhibits. While each booth is welcome to raffle as many prizes as they wish, the CSW will announce only one door prize due to time constraints.

NEW Golf Outing hole sponsorship:

Join us for the CSW Golf Outing! The shotgun 9-hole scramble begins at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 6th at Trappers Turn Golf Club in the Wisconsin Dells.

When you choose to sponsor a hole for $150, you will receive a sign at one of the holes. You will also have the choice to either golf with the doctors or have a table at a hole. Please note that you do not need to be present to have a table, but you must have a $25 value prize for the day of the event.  


An Exhibit Hall Directory will be created for the doctors’ packets. Please be sure to submit a one paragraph description (150 words max) of your company and the products/services you provide to be included in this directory. This may be completed during the registration process or sent directly to [email protected]Your description must be received no later than September 21, 2022, if you want it to be included in the directory.

Doctor Attendee List:

A complete mailing list of doctors attending the convention will be provided in your registration packet when you arrive at the Summit. List does not include phone, fax or email addresses.

Booth Assignments and Confirmation Materials:

Booth assignments are conducted on a first come (paid), first served basis, with payment required at the time of registration and Sponsors receiving premier booth location. We do not accept requests for specific booth locations, but will honor to the best of our ability requests to be placed close to or far from another vendor. Booth assignments will be available mid September and will be emailed to the contact person listed on the registration form with your confirmation materials.

Exhibitor Cancellation Refunds:

Registration cancellations will be accepted until September 2nd for a full refund excluding a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline September 2, 2022. All refund checks will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
