Shoulder injuries can be an uphill battle for practitioners and a field of agony for the patient, both financially and physically. This class will arm you with evidence-based science and research to better serve your patients with various drugless and non-surgical treatment options. Attendees will learn normal vs abnormal anatomy, biomechanics and physics of various common shoulder injuries including Rotator Cuff Tears, Impingement Syndrome, Frozen Shoulder, etc. An emphasis is placed on history intake, clinical examination, radiology, and demonstrations of Dr. Mally’s Hands-On extremity adjusting techniques. This seminar emphasizes a qualitative history intake, clinical examination, radiology and demonstrations of Dr. Mally’s Hands-On adjusting techniques for several of the most common foot complaints. The course focuses on normal vs abnormal foot/ankle mechanics and common conditions such as: Plantar Fasciitis, Morton’s Neuroma, Heel Spur Syndrome, Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, Sprain/Strain, Bunions, and more. Attendees will learn gait mechanics plus Hands-On technique demonstration(s).
