OUR FOCUS IS ON YOUR FUTURE! IT IS TIME TO REIGNITE OUR PASSION & REBUILD OUR PRACTICES WHILE WE FOCUS ON SERVING OUR COMMUNITIES.
Vaccines are the hottest topic in the world and now more than ever the public needs answers and clarity as to how to move forward with all the uncertainty. The CSW will be bringing in internationally known experts to provide our members with the most up to date information on vaccines - the pros and the cons. This special event will have both DC and CT/CRT CE programs, along with a public track of educational programs for your patients, family and friends to attend. There is limited space and tickets will sell out, so register TODAY!
REGISTRATION
The CSW wants everyone to have access to this important information, which is why there are tracks for both Doctors and Staff and the general public. 12 hours of CE (approval pending) will be available for DCs, CRTs, and CTs through Life University.

*Any tickets purchased after March 17 will ONLY have access to Del's Den NOT the in-person speech. Del's Den will function similar to a beer garden at a baseball game with music and bar. Once Del is speaking, he will be livestreamed into this adjacent room; he will join the attendees in this room for a small encore once he finishes in the general session.
**Prices increase $20 for day-of registration.

The impressive CE line-up consists of dynamic and timely content for both doctors and their staff. The non-CE tracks are geared towards the general public, so your friends, family and patients can be equipped with the necessary data to make informed choices for themselves and their family.

  • 3:00 - 5:00 PM Panel Presentation with all Speakers (2 CE)
  • 5:00 - 6:30 PM VIP Meet & Greet with All the Speakers (Requires separate ticket for entrance)
  • 7:00 - 9:00 PM Del Returns to the Dells (included in full registrations; may be purchased individually)

Thank you to Life University for sponsoring all of the great CE programs (approval pending)!! All classes applied for CE for DCs, CTs, and CRTs through Life University. DC CE applied for in WI, MN, IL and MI. CT & CRT CE was applied for in WI for all courses.
