What Is Included In a Booth:

An 8x10 exhibit booth with pipe and drape.
One 6' or 8’ table.
One electrical outlet (if preregistered).
Two Chairs.
Registration for two representatives.
Lunches: Tickets for the lunch on Friday and Saturday with the doctors are included in the registration fee; however, no-shows will be charged $29 per meal. If you want the lunch, you MUST order it in advance using the registration form and provide the names of those attending. Exhibitors registered for lunch(es) will receive a personalized ticket listing their name. No exhibitor lunches can be added onsite due to restrictions by the hotel on meal counts.

Booth Assignments and Confirmation Materials:
Booth assignments are conducted on a first come (paid), first served basis, with payment required at the time of registration and Sponsors receiving premier booth location. We do not accept requests for specific booth locations, but will honor to the best of our ability requests to be placed close to or far from another vendor. Booth assignments will be available early October and will be emailed to the contact person listed on the registration form with your confirmation materials.

Registration Deadline:
The deadline to register for The Fall Experience is September 13, 2024. Late registrations will be accepted through September 27, 2024 with an additional $50 fee.

Exhibitor Cancellation Refunds:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until September 13 for a full refund excluding a $25 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the registration deadline September 13, 2024. All refund checks will be issued after the conclusion of the event.

Vendor Schedule:

Set-Up Information: Exhibitors may set up Thursday, Oct. 3 from 4:00 p.m.—7:00 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m.—7:00 a.m. All exhibits must be in place by 7:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. The first exhibit hall period for Friday will begin at that time.
Take-Down Information: Exhibitors may begin dismantling their booths at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5 and must be done by 9:00 p.m.
