This course will dive into all things patient related. Attendees will come out of this course with a  better understanding of what motivates a patient to seek care, the models of interacting with patients, how to measure a patient's willingness to participate in their care, and how to develop a patient journey mapping system and encourage accountability in the patient.

Scott Bautch, DC, DACBOH, CCST, CCSP
Dr. Bautch completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. Since then, he has also completed a Diplomat in Occupational Health as well as several certificates and programs related to Occupational Health and Sports Injuries. Currently, he is the President of the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Occupational Health and sits on the American Chiropractic Association’s Business Development and Revenue Committee. He has co-authored the manual Industrial Carpal Tunnel Manual for Physicians and the book Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A Practical Guide for Those Who Work with Their Hands. Dr. Scott Bautch was one of the founding members of Allied Health Chiropractic Centers and served as the original CEO for the largest doctor-owned Chiropractic corporation in the nation for over 10 years. For over 35 years, Dr. Scott Bautch has maintained a successful chiropractic practice in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will be accepted until December 9, 2022. Attendees who cancel before December 9 are eligible for a full refund excluding a $10 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after December 9, 2022.
